Here is a list of all BL or girl games that I know of that have either commercial English releases, English script options in the original Japanese game, or have been fan translated. If you know of any other games that have fan translations or summaries, please let me know so they can be added to the list.

-[Joinac GAS] Graduation - Has an option to play in Japanese or English.
-[Singing Canary] Shounen-tachi no Byoutou Full Voice Version - Includes an English script .pdf file in the Omake folder on the game disk.
Fan-translated Boys' Love Games

-[Vivid Color] Silver Chaos - English game patch released by Emeryl and LostUno at AarinFantasy. English script is also available from Onadoru Euphoria.

Although there's only about 2 in there that aren't hentai games... -_-;
Oh right, http://mirrormoon.org/ has the translations for Utawarerumono and they're working on Fate/Stay Night. And http://vndb.org/v has a long list of different visual novel games. If it has en/jap next to it, it's been translated, either officially or fanbased
