Cancel a format-Hetalia Parody Doujin Soft PC Game

Hello, ;D
The basic steps were done to play this game on my windows xp. I am able to play up to a certain part then a window pops up letting me know 099. txt line: 18415 with there being japanese messages and other info i do not understand.
Guidance is needed to a newbie. Thank you. ;D

Well... I personally don't, yet some people here can read Japanese. Maybe it won't be necessary, but keep in mind that the more you tell and the more people will be able to help you. Maybe you can copy and past the text here or printscreen/use FScapture to show us. (FScapture is a freeware that prints either the screen or a part of it. It's freaking easy to use and really helpful.
