On hirameki's official forums, now being closed, there was a discussion upon what was edited in AnimaMundi and other differences between the Japanese and American release.
I am currently in the process of acquiring Japanese version of AnimaMundi. I will make an attempt of removing the censorship from the game. Which files should I replace? Please advise.
I will try out some Flash software to gain entry into the resources but I do need help. This is for our common good.

I already have such a 'patch', put together by a friend who got a copy of the original. You basically just replace the edited files with the originals. On the CG capture page the thumbnails will still be in edited form so you can see the difference. I will have to ask her permission to put it up though.
On another note, Hirameki is closing their forums? Does that mean they're officially going out of business soon? >>

Awww crap...
I was wondering the other day though if these (non-ero) translated games are being marketed in entirely the wrong way. For instance, could it be conceivable for them to convince someone like Borders to sell the games next to their manga section. After all they share more in common with books/mangas then actual computer games in the traditional sense.

Sakura, I have obtained japanese AnimaMundi. You do not need to put anything up - I will. Just please tell me which files are concerned.

Wow...gone for good huh? I wonder if JAST will drop translating more BL games as well.
Hessie - Actually at my Borders they did used to put Hirameki's bishoujo games up by the manga section... but I only saw them there for a short time.
Bruno- Well, it's a lot easier to just upload a patch (actually just a rar of replacement files) if there already is one. Plus I want the proper credit to go to Sirrah as she is the one who took the time to find the files and put this together. Anything you need to know is included in the readme.

Thanks for the patch but can anyone upload it to another host? Megaupload isn't exactly the most friendly  zShare, 4Shared or Badongo would be great.

This patch has been updated to include not only the uncensored game files and the 'Outbreak of War' chapter scriptdata fix, but also a makeshift fix to the 'A Quiet Corrosion' glitch and update the game to ver e1.10. (details here) If ANYONE has the actual patcher to update the game, please please contact either me or Sirrah and we will replace the files with it while giving you proper credit.
I apologize in advance to those who already posted the old link on other websites and can only hope you'll check back here so you can update your links. =\

There's something I think I did wrong: when the readme file said to copy files in a folder and thre were files with the same name, I replaced them. Was it okay to do that? Because now when I click on the CG page I have a «now load» f$$$ing white rectangle that never goes away and no preview displaying. I want to know what causes this. Besides that, how... «hardcore» is the yaoi in that game? Is it as explicit? And if so, are the «interesting parts» blurred?

Yes, you're supposed to replace the old files. I've never heard of the problem you're having occuring. I can only suggest doing a fresh reinstall of the game and patching it just as the instructions say.
And there is no explicit sexual content to speak of, it was mostly violence and some partial nudity that was censored I believe.

NOW it works. Don't remember what I did wrong, but it does work pretty well now that I've all erased save files, uninstalled the game, reinstalled and repatched. (Oh and by the way, if someone has a problem with the Outbreak of war chapter after replacing the file, just rereplace it, it worked fo me.)

It's a good thing I still check this place every once in a great while. I'm happy to see people are still using this patch even after this many years. ^^ Since Megaupload got taken down by jerks, here it is uploaded to 2Shared
