Maybe better known as "The porn game with the Dragon Quest chicks". That DQ relation is actually the only reason I thought I'd give it a shot, just for the lulz of it. Turns out it is actually a pretty addicting game xD
It's all about your demon lord awakening all Disgaea-like with his henchwoman already there to help him take over the world. While heroines try to stop him by reverse-raping him to drain his power 
Anyway, you start on the overworld (that looks kinda like the one from Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman!) and just go from location to location. Every 3 turns without fighting your character will level up in one of his skills. They start on C and can go all up to S. If you clash with one of the heroines, a battle starts. Where you pose off against each other xD Actually, the posing is kind of like a summoning posing for the attacks, of which there are three kinds that kinda go in a rock-paper-scissor triangle against each other. Each type got a weak and a strong type attack, which influences how long the posing takes, in which you are vunerable to get hit out of the attack-summoning by attacks of the enemy. The gameplay is suprisingly deep that way and thankfully there is an english wiki that explains all the stuff.
If you lose the heroine will fuck you up, which delevels one of your skills. But only if you come, if you can make her climax first, you are safe. If you win you get to have sex too, but only with your henchwoman, which will heal you completely.
The goal is to get all skills to Rank S to make the Boss appear on the map and claim victor over her too. Finishing the game unlocks free mode, where you can actually finally have sex with the heroines without having to lose to them and risking a delevel. Also Yuusha Digital, in which you can dress/undress und pose the models of all game characteres in whichever undignifying way you want
The game is all kinds of ridiculous of course, but never takes itself serious ever, with the fun voice acting and manga-esque super deformed story-panels. It's just really a hell of a lot of fun to play x3

It's only H games that get the really amusing/fun/cracky gameplay systems, which is a shame.
The 3D work is really pretty impressive for being fanmade (if it is fanmade?).

It's made by famous 3D eroge company Illusion (yes, the same Illusion responsible for the feminist attacks toward the entire eroge industry over their old "Rapelay" game).

Maybe of note is, that it can look a bit prettier than the screenshots I made of it. My PC is actually a tad worse than the minimum system requirements for it.
And yeah, it would be cool if there'd be a game like this with guy-on-guy-action. I'd even go so far and say that its addictiveness could make it a hit as a budget release on WiiWare/PSN etc., if you'd substitude the sex with something tame.
